Bubbles in Print with 0.8mm Nozzle - Moisture?

I am a new customer and just purchased some Yellow Glow filament. I'm trying it out on my Ender 3 Pro before I put it into my Bambu P1S. I would prefer to print this in my Ender since I haven't upgraded to hardened gears/nozzle in the Bambu yet.

My first print went very well with a 0.4mm brass nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 240 Nozzle temp/85 bed temp. I then switched to a 0.8mm nozzle, 0.4mm layer height and printed the same part at the same temps and got a ton of stringing and bubbles.

I first dried this filament in a Sunlu dryer at 50C for 12 hours, and the spool is still sitting in the dryer. I'm currently drying it more in case it is wet.

Any ideas what could be causing this? the strange part is that the first print came out well with the 0.4mm nozzle.
